Treatment Assessment Screening Center (TASC) is nationally-recognized as an innovator in the creation and implementation of drug testing and behavioral health programs. Founded in Arizona in 1977, TASC Inc. is a private, non-profit, 501(c)(3) corporation.
We wanted to make it clear that TASC’s different services worked together to create a one-stop-shop for behavioral health. It was equally as important to convey the message that TASC truly cares about helping people and bettering the community as a whole. To help visitors visualize the impact TASC has, we decided to use people-centered imagery and client testimonials throughout the website and marketing collateral.
We wanted to create a feeling of their different services working together and that TASC was a place that helped people rather than a scary place. We wanted to create a warm feeling and display their multitude of service areas.
We created a new responsive site based on an assessment of business and audience needs. Because much of TASC’s traffic comes from government agencies and court systems, we created a special version to ensure IE8 compatibility. It was especially important that the website was easy to navigate and showed how TASC is a complete solution for clients and partners. By creating a clean and modern design that used icons and simple, straightforward copy, the website is simple for almost anyone to use and understand.
Based on their new brand standards we created update business collateral that had a consistent look and feel.
Case managers need access to individuals’ testing information, lab results and history. They also need access to reporting from any device. With the tool we built, case managers are able to easily access all of this information any time they need it. In addition, this tool was built on a responsive framework so as devices continue to evolve, they continue to have seamless access and interaction with the information they need.
We created a brand new logo with vibrant blues which reflects how interconnected the TASC’s four main service areas are. From this new logo and brand standards, we created updated business collateral emphasizing the company’s benefits to their clients and customers. All of the marketing materials reflect the website style and content to create a unified brand experience across mediums.
